$17+hr. paid weekly, plus monthly bonus. Apartment-Like Maintenance, Dayshift, 40 hrs./wk., 2+ Years’ Experience, Office hours are 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday thru Saturday. You would work on a rotating schedule Week one: you work Monday thru Friday with Saturday and Sunday off. Week two: you will get Monday off and work Tuesday through Saturday with Sunday off. Giving you a three-day weekend every other week! This job is full time offering 40 hours a week. Tasks include maintenance repair like installing a toilet, sheetrock repair, change a ceiling fan, unplug a clogged sink, stripping and waxing floors, replacing of wall plugs and light switches, removing and replacing appliances, etc., and manual labor like emptying trash cans, move furniture, floor cleaning, The type of tasks typically done at an apartment complex, hotel or house. Starting pay is $16+/hr. or more depending upon experience/ability. Plus, a monthly bonus based on performance. We are seeking the right individual to join our team who has a commitment to hard work, with solid skills that can get along with people. Must show a proven track record of high-quality work though reference's and work history. You will get to complete a variety of tasks in this environment, making each day unique and interesting. You will also be part of a team of individuals who work together to ensure that each guest has an enjoyable stay while occupying their room at our property. We are looking for a long-term employee. Requirements include : pass a background check, two or more years of experience in maintenance work, solid understanding of a variety of repair techniques and tool operation, ability to work in a physically demanding job that includes heavy lifting (up to 60 pounds) and or standing for an hour or longer while painting. Requirements also include passing a criminal background check.
