Ferret with huge cage

Hi I have a young female ferret almost 1yr old. She comes with a huge cage that cost me $300. She cost me $224 for her from the pet store. She comes with food cage bed and litter pan. She is litter trained. I'm asking 160 for her and the big cage together. Or just 50 for her. She is Awesome with kids. We have to rehome because I'm moving out of state
