I'm committed and I have pro level equipment. I'll also have a rehearsal space set up in 2 weeks. I will match the amount of effort you put in. I am also very open to constructive criticism and critiques. However, I will not tolerate conrol freak guitar players that cant articulate what they're asking you to do. If you want me to play like your ''last drummer'' go ahead and look elsewhere. Please DON'T have unrealistic expectations. Please DO keep communication neutral/open/clear. Be patient. It's supposed to be fun!
