Moving cross country near DMV east coast

Are you to moving across country around 1st or 2nd week of September. I'm not totally set in one specific city. These states I'm looking at. Delaware, Maryland, DC or Alexandria VA. My life fills a half of a 10ft (Self) Moving truck. I will be towing a car. And 2 cats will be on board. Wanting to drive at least 9-11 hours a day.
