Description
We need a handyman/maintenance person to start immediately. Must have tools, a plumbing snake, and transportation.
This job will require you to travel to several apartment buildings daily. Do general maintenance for the upkeep of apartments and the buildings, Do apartment preparation on vacancies.
Should know basic electrical and plumbing. Know how to repair fencing and railings/patio railings. Cabinet repair. Troubleshoot/fix windows—screen replacement. Hang doors/screen doors. Must communicate well with others, be diverse, and adapt to a variety of situations.
