Busy commercial seating furniture manufacturing company, in business for over 40 years is seeking DRIVER/LABORER driver requirements are as follows:
NY Drivers License
Must submit current Driver Abstract.
Must have 3 years experience driving 20' Box truck or larger.
Must be knowledgeable in proper loading and securing loads as well as weight distribution procedures.
Have functional experience in diesel truck maintenance and up keep.
Be diligent in maintaining proper truck logs as well as following Bill of Lading's.
Looking for a hard working team player to grow with our company and become part of our management team.
Applicants must speak read and write English
Applicants must have a clean driving record with abstract.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and meet the Homeland Security/Transportation Administration requirements
Position requires packaging and packing furniture.
Loading and unloading furniture of up to but not limited to 90 LBS. in weight.
Short local and long distance interstate driving.
Fork lift certification a plus
Any experience in woodworking or upholstery is a plus.
