Spray Foam Insulation Applicators & Helpers Needed Compensation: $17-$25/HR Employment type: full-time Delfino Insulation Co. is currently looking for candidates for Spray Foam Insulation Installer and helpers. This is a hands-on position, applicants must be physically fit to meet the physical demands of the position. Good communication, customer service and positive attitude are a plus. Previous Spray Foam Application experience not necessary for the helper position. The Sprayer position must have the ability to manage and run a crew as well as the complete operation of rig is a must. Responsibilities include: Spraying Foam of current project Overseeing Crew on site, approving install with customer Driving trucks to & from jobsite. Assisting in preparing and cleaning jobsite before and after application. Our ideal candidate for this job will have the following qualifications: 1. Experience in open cell & closed cell Spray Foam Insulation. 2. Punctuality, good work ethic and attention to detail. 3. Self-motivation and a strong desire to be a part of a winning team. 3. Social and personal skills. 4. Driver's license, reliable transportation and ability to drive truck 5. Mechanical experience Full-Time Position! Overtime is required and part of the position Saturday work as necessary to complete project Must be able to lift 40+ pounds Valid driver's license required.
