CARPENTRY / HANDYMAN /MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Centereach) We are looking for an Experienced Carpentry/Handyman for an Apartment Community. Acceptable candidate must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing heating and ventilation systems. Sheetrock repairs, cleaning, caulking and painting, carpentry & carry out repairs as necessary to maintain buildings and entire property. Full responsibility for all maintenance functions. Looking for a Take Charge Person who is responsible, dependable and team player. Perform any other duties as assigned by Property Manager.
