We are looking for a Production Lead for commercial laundry. Someone who leads staff by example and works side by side with staff. Must be able to coach/train employees and lead them to achieve production goals. Maintain a team environment and motivate the team. Job includes unloading trucks, sorting laundry, washing, drying, folding and packaging. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus! Must have reliable transportation, great attendance and be available evening, nights and weekends. Responsibilities: • Follows and ensures the company’s process and procedures. • Ensure safety and efficiency that complies with the company’s expectation. • Ensures customer’s requests are completed for each location as instructed. • Is able to take accurate independent decisions when needed. • Trains employees in laundry operations. • Able to demonstrate to co-workers proficiency in all aspects of job duties • Requests inventory supplies. • Creates orders/packing slips for laundry completed. • Communicates all work related issues and comments to the supervisor to make sure all problems are resolved. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Universal precautions are always followed in our facility. We follow a strict standard operating procedure.
