Accompanist/Pianist Needed for Choir

The Sun City Singers is in need of an accompanist/pianist as we get back to singing again. We are a senior community choir in the Del Webb community in Roseville, CA. We have rehearsals on Monday afternoons from 3:00pm-5:00pm and we have 2 concerts each year: one in early December and one in early June. We are off for the summer, but we will resume rehearsals on Monday, August 16th. As far as what we are looking for in an accompanist, we need someone who can sightread fairly well, although the music is generally provided well in advance. You would know the rehearsal order before each rehearsal. We also need someone who is comfortable with various styles of music, as well as playing vocal parts as needed. This is a paid position.
