Established cannabis farm is hiring positions for full-time/year-round employment for all 3 of our locations. Employees must be punctual, have reliable transportation, high energy, hard working, trust worthy, want to be part of a team, able to take direction and looking for long term employment. Duties will include aspects of cannabis cultivation and farm maintenance (including but not limited to; transplanting, watering, trellising, and harvest, plant care, etc). THIS IS NOT A TRIMMING POSITION. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, be able to work occasional long days can lift up to 30 pounds. Positions are 5 day a week (40 hours +) with one of the work days a weekend day. Starting pay is $16.50/ hour. After 90 days we offer a 50/50 split medical benefit package and after harvest bonuses. After one year, week paid vacation. Previous experience a plus, but not required. This is an entry level position. You must be 21 years old to apply. You must have an OLCC Marijuana Workers Card.
