Looking for a dependable, hard worker with landscaping and lawncare experience. Must be able to meet the following conditions: -Doesn't mind working alone as this is a single man job -Doesn't mind working outside in all weather conditions -Must be able to drive a truck with a trailer and back it proficiently -Must be experienced in maintaining and operating lawncare equipment (zero turn mowers, trimmers, edgers etc.) -Must have common sense (reasoning skills to identify potential problems or areas needing improvement) -Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation Job will consist of maintaining the grounds of several apartment complexes in the Greenville area. We are very picky about the appearance of our properties and we're looking for someone with an eye for detail who can leave the properties looking well maintained and manicured. Must be an honest and trustworthy individual and be willing to undergo a background check.
