Job Responsibilities:
- Prior experience working housekeeping preferred.
- Outgoing and customer oriented personality.
-Get vacant units ready for move-in such as cleaning floors, appliances, light fixtures, cabinets and windows.
-Clean all amenity areas including, but not limited to: Clubhouse, office, restrooms, and fitness center.
-Removal of furniture, trash, and other household items from vacated apartments.
-Assisting the maintenance staff upon request.
Job Requirements:
-Must be able to do some heavy lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, climb ladder and work inside and outside.
-Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to speak, read and write basic English.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
