The ideal candidate must display good written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal skills, must take initiative, and possess strong organizational abilities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -Ensure all orders are picked accurately -Timely preparation and staging of all products -Accurate management of physical inventory -Maintain the warehouse in an organized and efficient manner -Responsible for cleanliness of warehouse -Make sure products delivered are off loaded and inventoried properly -Understand and ensure implementation of company policies and procedures that effect warehousing processes and procedures -Uphold and enforce OSHA and SDS standards -Assist with other duties as requested -Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly management report preparation. -Responsible for quickly and efficiently packaging and labeling customer orders. -Package product per company or customer standard -Appropriately seal and label each box -Examine and inspect product and boxes to ensure that packing specifications and quality standards are met -Identify incomplete or defective product; notify supervisor -Keep a safe and clean work environment Competencies /Experience: Previous warehouse and/or Packer experience preferred High level of personal integrity REQUIREMENTS - Positive attitude - Accurate counting skills - Ability to work independently - Attention to detail - Take initiative - Ability to Multitask - Reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check - Ability to lift 50 lbs.
