Need licensed plumber for small job now

I am selling my house and closing in less than two weeks. I just need a licensed plumber to inspect my hot water tank. Very simple job. I need this done ASAP paying cash even extra for rush as I'm supposed to close in less than two weeks. Also I'm buying a house in two weeks also and need full plumbing done in the unfinished basement for a full bathroom. This isn't a rush just on your time. Or whatever your availability is. Because this is a requirement of the home inspection that I have the hot water tank inspected need to be licensed. I'm just looking to inspect water heater and say it's working a needs nothing or it's not working and need abc...
