Looking for a janitorial crew member to service 32+ portfolio buildings in the southside/ Westside of Chicago. The duties are:
Clean exterior/Interior of building.
Clean hallways.
Must be able to cut grass (lawn care)
Make sure all dumpsters are free of garbage.
Make sure all smoke alarms are working properly.
Assist with utility appointments.
Opening doors for Inspections etc....
Requirements;
Must have a reliable transportation.
Must be able to follow directions.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must be able to clock in on time every morning.
This is a full time position 40hrs per week 80hrs for the pay period.
