rehoming friendly syrian hamster!

I am looking to rehome my sweet fluffy male syrian hamster. He is incredibly sweet and well socialized but I am moving into a home that does not allow rodents of any kind so unfortunately I need to find him a new home ASAP. He is about 6 months old so he still has a lot of life left in him! I am asking a small rehoming fee to ensure he will be well cared for. He came from a reputable breeder so he has a great temperament -- he has never once bit me or acted aggressively. He has also never lived in a pet store. He comes with his (very large) cage, a ton of toys, wooden hamster hideaway, silent wheel (with cage attachment), food bowl, water bottle, rainbow bridge, suspended bridge, timmothy hay tunnel, a hanging skewer for fresh fruit/veggies, two unopened bedding packs, half a bag of kaytee hamster food, smaller travel carrier, a huge hand-made play enclosure, small pet cage cleaner, and lots of treats. I have pictured some of that here but I have a lot more stuff for him that I can/will include. He would be a perfect first pet for a family with kids or for someone who is looking for a low maintenance furry friend. Serious inquiries only as I am trying to rehome him as soon as possible. I do not have a car so you will need to pick him up on your own, I am located in East Lakeview.
