Mini Beagle Needs New Home

My 5 year old mini beagle, Arlo, needs to be rehomed. He barks too much for the neighbors and still has accidents in the house. He’s super cute and I think would be great for a family with no other pets (he LOVES his people, not cats or other dogs), he needs a yard where he can run and bark to his heart’s content. He’s probably best fit for someone who is around most of the time (we are not). I’m not asking for a rehoming fee, just that you feel you can take him in and care for him.
