Thomas Allen is Hiring a Maintenance Technician! LOCATION: Shakopee, MN HOURS AVAILABLE: Part-time, 20+ hours/week, Monday - Friday JOB SUMMARY: As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the overall responsibility to ensure building and equipment compliance with State and Federal regulations; ensure timely execution of repairs and maintenance, have a high standard of building and property appearance/condition; execute a preventative maintenance program focused upon minimization of building/equipment breakdown and repair/replacement expense. QUALIFICATIONS: Must demonstrate proficiency with most commonly used hand tools and power tools: hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, saws, drills, circular saws, etc. Must own a basic set of tools to use for work purposes Minimum of one year of experience in maintenance duties Ability to lift and carry 75lbs High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age Background clearance Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbally To view other open positions, click.
