Found abandoned in the area of 16th and Portland Ave. I suspect it was stolen. Please contact me if this is your bike and we can connect and get it back to you. You will need some proof of ownership. A receipt, repair invoice, serial number, pictures, etc. In the event you do not have any of those items, there is another way to ID the owner. I have blacked-out a small area on the down tube (black with red circle around it) in the picture with this post. There is a sticker at that location that lists a certain store where the bike was serviced. If you can name the place of service on the sticker, i’ll consider that a good ID of the bike’s owner.
