ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be a certified applicator of 3a, 3b, or 7c or willing to become certified quickly * Must be excited and ready for the challenges of a growing fertilizer department. * Prior professional experience in a related lawncare / landscaping / lawn maintenance company. * Ability to lift 60 lbs. + consistently throughout the day. * Available to work in all adverse weather conditions. * Must be available to work Monday - Saturday, 7am - 7pm. We typically work Monday - Friday 7am - 5 pm, but due to fluctuations in weather and workload, hours and days must be flexible. * Stoop, stand and bend for 10 hours or more a day. * Must look presentable and communicate clearly with customers. * Punctuality and reliability is a must * Must be willing to work in other departments as seasonality requires. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MANAGER * Excellent customer service and organizational skills * Comfortability with computers and email programs. * Must be able to work both individually and as a leader of a small team.
