This position is available now. Work hours will be 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Primary work location will be the 531 Grand Apartments located in the River Market at 531 Grand Boulevard, Kansas City, MO. Beacon Management, LLC is in need of a full-time Painter to join our staff. You will be responsible for rehabbing and painting multi-family dwellings. Most of our work will focus on the interiors of units after residents move out and before new residents move in. The starting rate of pay for this position is $18.50 per hour. This is a full-time position with paid vacations, bonus potential, PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance programs are available. Qualified candidates will have a current driver’s license, own reliable transportation an ability to pass a background and drug screening. Living on site is not required for this position. Responsibilities: Paint the interiors of apartments and common areas. Protect all nearby furnishing and building materials before and during every painting Job, including carpets, cabinetry, outlet cover, lighting fixtures, etc. Practice self-supervision on small jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner. Match paint samples for touch-ups and other small projects Meet with Property Manager and Lead Maintenance Technician for coordinating upcoming projects. Email your resume and completed application.
