Need cabinet maker/carpenter for small spice rack project

Looking to hire a skilled cabinet maker/carpenter to build and install a small two-shelf open-face cabinet, to fill the open space next to our over the range microwave (photos attached). Cabinet will house two sets of vertical pull out spice racks (photo attached). Dimensions of the open space are 18.5"H x 6"W x 11.5"D. Dimensions of spice racks are 5"H x 4.5"W x 9.5"D, each. Based on stain color and grain, maple would probably be the appropriate material for the project. Licensed Professional Preferred
