Receive job design from sales dept. Coordinate with sales dept. and coordinate and schedule all jobs. Oversee crew with directions all day and monitor production while keeping them fully utilized. Report time on crew every day. Report to sales dept. when job complete. Contact customers before job starts to review details and continue throughout job. Field calls from customer. Place company sign in yard. Order and update concrete orders and manage all tools and equipment on jobs and in yard. Verify the work meets the design drawings. Rent tools and machinery as needed such as sod cutter, plate tamper, etc. Monitor local weather forecasts and conditions. Adjust schedule accordingly. Fluent Bi-lingual English and Spanish required. Track and order inventory as needed. Monitor safety and security of crew and storage yard. Monitor maintenance of vehicles and tools including oil changes, lube, etc. For quality issues and touch ups determine if crew member should complete the fix or if you should complete the fix to allow the crew to proceed to next job.
