If you are a skilled tradesman or residential maintenance technician and are currently earning less than $1,000 per week - you're being underpaid. Right now, our repair techs are earning $1,000-2,000 per week! We NEED 1-2 more techs right now! Our company handles residential repairs for property managers all over Denver, Fort Collins and Colorado Springs. And summer is our busiest time of the year. We’re looking for an experienced (10 years average) AND reliable residential maintenance technician/ handyman to help us as a 1099/ contract worker with repairs at residential rental properties throughout the Denver metro area (Thornton, Golden, Aurora, Littleton, Lakewood, Parker). If you love problem solving and can schedule and complete multiple projects per day - this could be an ideal fit. If you have at least 5 years of residential maintenance experience, are a natural problem-solver, can pass a background check and have your own tools/ reliable transportation, then we'd like to hear from you! Projects pay $37.5/ hr for non-licensed work and 55/ hr for licensed work (HVAC, electric, plumbing).
