Punk/metal bassist looking to start or join band

Im 27, I play guitar and bass. I'm looking to start or join a punk/alternative band. My favorite bands are Afi, Rancid, mcr, Bad Religion, Sex Pistols, Sum 41, Misfits, & Green Day. I also enjoy metal, Iron Maiden is a huge influence on me. I figure if we start a band we can have anywhere between 3-5 people depending on what everyone brings to the table. If you are interested let me know. traveling is NOT an issue for me.
