Expectations Team Player – Must be willing to work & learn all aspects of the paint shop. This position requires you to work with others & assist the paint shop manager. 6 am – 5 pm Monday – Thursday. (Fridays as needed) Must have reliable transportation to/from work Phones are to remain put up unless an emergency or on Break. The work schedule may fluctuate due to workload All company rules as stated in the handbook are to be followed Dress code – Steel toe boots & Jeans Duties Job duties include but are not limited to: • Time management – Each job has a due date that must stay on schedule • Being able to handle outdoor climate changes • Prepping/Sanding parts - Hanging and Cleaning parts • Must be able to follow Paint Work Order descriptions • Masking off units where needed and apply all processes to get the unit or piece ready for paint • Caulking • Bondo areas of need due to dents or dings As painter assistant Must be able to know how to mix paint correctly and apply the coating in the proper way Will rotate with paint shop manager when needed to perform the duty Keeping all workspace and shop items clean when done Tracking paint used to determine when to order more product 90 day probation period - Pay rate DOE - Must send resume with work references
