Guitar Players, it is not Rock but it makes $$$

I need a guitar player to play Latin styles. Although it is not what you may be used to, there is a lot of work out there for Latin groups. I have had rock and jazz guitar players hear what we are trying to do. The say they can actually play it, but they cannot get past thier comfort zones, its too much effort to learn or maybe they are uncomfortable around diverse communities. Whatever it is, I have a band and the connections to get paying work but I cannot fill the guitar spot. ANYONE want to try thier 'hands' at Bolero and Bachata etc.?
