35 Fluval Flex aquarium and Fish

35 gallon Fluval Flex with stand and plenty of supplies. Purchased everything 2 years ago at Arizona Nature Aquatics. Currently is overgrown with a variety of moss and has several Amano shrimp, 2 neon tetra and 3 ember tetra. I want to ensure the fish are cared for. I am willing to give the fish for free to someone who shows me their set up. Otherwise, I would like to know that the person purchasing the aquarium is going to care for current inhabitants. Aquarium includes heater, cycled media, substrate, 3 large pieces of wood (currently covered by moss), food, water test kit, cleaning supplies, 6 water containers and more.
