We are looking for dependable, professional, experienced Installers who are responsible for onsite installation of our in-house, high end fabricated fixtures. If your sweet spot is working collaboratively across teams, managing an onsite install, and providing excellent customer service you will thrive here at ACME. We are seeking candidates who have five plus years of experience in the construction environment as a finished carpenter or installer and want to project manage onsite installation of architectural components. This position is both hands on and administrative. Installers must be able to work weekends, evenings and travel throughout the US. Projects can last from several days to several weeks and can be anywhere in the country. • Oversee installation of commercial interior fixtures leading a team of installers and carpenters to ensure successful on time, in budget execution • Develop and maintain successful relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors and other team members throughout the lifecycle of a project • Prepare and maintain appropriate paperwork including daily reports and updates • Responsible for delivering quality control on all aspects of projects to meet client’s expectations • Responsible for punch list and interfacing with the client • Ability to understand plans specifications, scopes of work, and other necessary construction documents to ensure job is completed as expected • Ensure strict adherence to jobsite safety • Attention to detail, ability to problem solve, dependability and a strong work ethic is required • We are seeking candidates who are comfortable driving 26 foot box trucks and can become DOT certified • Carpentry skills are needed along with the ability to work with different materials from wood to metal • Must be able to pass drug screens • Travel up to 50% of time Through your efforts, you will make a difference and be instrumental to our team success at ACME where our install team is well respected and valued in the industry.
