I am a housekeeper/business owner(check me out on facebook under cleaning services by Daniel Martinez) who has been in the busieness for 22 years and seeking to expand with my first few employees. I will train if needed but I am mostly looking for someone who has strong communication skills and solid work ethic. I work with clients who are all across-the-board but the most important thing is to be able to see their vision and produce a result that is individual to the needs of the client. This is the perfect time to get into the business with me because I am getting new calls almost daily and I am ready to interview and work alongside someone to make sure they are a perfect fit. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday because I am currently in school and expanding my horizons. The best thing to do would be to set up a meeting with me so that we can interview and get out on a job together and I can decide if it is a good fit. I am very fun to work with and I maintain a positive attitude with my clients at all times. With that being said, I am ready to negotiate the jobs, as well as be the one to have conversations with clients if you ever feel uncomfortable for any reason.
