Skilled Maintenance tech. wanted for upscale property in Milwaukie area Upscale Property in Milwaukie area is currently looking for skilled maintenance professional with great customer service skills. The Ideal candidate will have preferred minimum of 2 years apartment maintenance experience, have the knowledge and the capability of completing a variety general maintenance task, including pool maintenance and be available for on-call scheduling. Must have a positive attitude, possess good customer service skills, work well independently and as part of a team. Must have own tools, reliable transportation. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion General maintenance Electrical Maintenance/Repair Basic Appliance Maintenance/Repair Basic Plumbing Sheetrock Repair Painting Carpentry Pool Testing/Maintenance Light grounds maintenance Hvac repair a bonus Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Previous experience in residential/apartment maintenance preferred Reliable transportation and driver's license Own maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented This is a Full-Time position with eligibility for medical insurance and other benefits.
