Job Duties include but are not limited to: * Construction Drawing Interpretation * Jobsite Layout * Employee Supervision * Subcontractor Coordination * Basic Computer Skills * Understand and Follow Safety Plans/OSHA * Good Communication Skills * Familiarity with all Hand and Power tools, Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Skid Loaders, and Telescoping Forklifts * Ability to Communicate with Architects, Engineers, and Owners * Minimum of 5 years experience running projects * Microsoft Office Experience * Experience in all aspects of Construction (Wood & Steel Framing, Doors & Door Hardware, Specialties, Casework) Great Benefits!
