Job Description Who you are is what we need! Join our team working for a client in Mesquite, TX. We are currently hiring Warehouse Assemblers for weekdays 2nd shift Monday - Friday. Temp-to-Hire after 90 days with long term growth and sign on bonus with client. On site Interviews with immediate offers! 469-418-9345 Job Responsibilities - Assemble finished goods (filters) - Rotate through various tasks in the production process - Package finished goods - Train new assemblers on standard operation procedures - Operate necessary machinery in the assembly process - Communicate with supervisors and peers Competencies: Coordination Adjust action in relation to others actions Monitoring Monitor/Assess performance of yourself, and team, to make improvements or corrective action Quality Control Analysis Conduct inspection of product to evaluate quality Critical Thinking using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions Time Management manage ones own time - May be required to lift product weighing up to 35 pounds - Must be able to stand at work-station for a long period of time - Must be able to use both hands in a repetitive motion - Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes and dust particles - Must be able to travel throughout the facility to obtain information needed to perform job functions #CB • Full Time •Temp to Hire • 2nd Shift Associate Requirements • Background Check • Able to Lift 40 pounds • Drug Test • Must be at least 18 years old Associate Benefits • Weekly paychecks • Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options • Medical / Dental Insurance • Sign on Bonus (Restrictions Apply) • Casual Dress Code • up to $14.00 • $100.00 Referral Bonus for a limited time!
