Yard work and maintenance for the summer

I am looking for an experienced laborer to work at a private home part time with some full time possible. Job entails a variety outdoor tasks, lawn care, lawn re-building, planting, weeding, plant removal, possible irrigation installation, loam spreading, leveling (bucket loader/backhoe available with demonstrated experience). Painting and staining of windows, decks, doors etc. will be needed. I ask that you have dependable transportation, not have a criminal record (sorry), not have an active drug or alcohol problem and show up when you say you will. Smoking is not allowed on the property. $15 to $20 Hr depending on experience.
