Subcontractor of APS and SRP has an Immediate opening for Foremen/Site Supervisors. This is a great long-term employment opportunity with a highly respected company that is very busy and has room for advancement! RESPONSIBILITIES: •Checking and verifying that all utility companies have responded to blue stake tickets. •Working closely with city officials and inspectors to coordinate a work schedule, using proper specs, traffic control, inspections, ETC. •Reading APS and SPR plans and setting out a running line and job details with crew. •Meeting and working with SRP and APS inspectors and personal throughout the job. •Performing tailboards (safety meetings) daily to bring attention to potential danger to crew, homeowners, etc. •Keeping a log to report employee hours, rental equipment on job, delivered material to job, job needs and any other valid information. QUALIFICATIONS: •1- 3 years experience in running crews. •1- 3 years experience reading and understanding APS/SRP blueprints. •Familiarity with blue stake and blue stake laws. •Clean driving record - Class A CDL preferred but is not required. •Ability to multi-task. •Must be a team player.
