Seeking a quality craftsman who's able to handle General maintenance an upgrade requests of a real estate owner and property management Company. Tasks will include things such as light electrical, Light plumbing, carpentry, some mechanical skills, landscaping in general maintenance. We currently have a considerable amount of work on a variety of projects and are looking to hire immediately. Please respond to this post with your skills and availability. Variety of rates will be considered depending on the candidates skills, tools and reliability. The vehicle is a mandatory requirement. We will be looking to interview in our office over the next couple days and can begin working I'm projects immediately. Some projects and cold organizations, landscaping, spackle, Painting, General upgrades, and handyman work.
