We are looking to hire a Turf Maintenance Technician! Rapidly Growing Turf Maintenance Company seeking experienced Turf Maintenance Tech for our Dothan area market. We handle weekly/bi weekly turf maintenance, hedge trimming, pine straw/mulch installation/tree trimming, tree removal, fertilize application, window cleaning, pressure washing, etc. All Potential Employees Must: -Possess a friendly, customer service minded disposition. -Be able to report to our shop for duty or a meeting location within 20 miles of the Dothan area DAILY! -Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. -Maintain a well groomed appearance. -Follow company dress code and wear all appropriate safety gear at all times. -Be willing to learn personal development to be a better team member. The perfect candidate would have; - 1 plus years commercial lawn maintenance experience -Transportation (we meet in Dothan or Ozark normally) - Great attitude -Attention to Detail -Must be able to operate trimmers, edger, blower, weed eaters, zero turn mowers, pressure washer, chain saws, man lifts, etc. -MUST be able to work in extreme heat/cold conditions for 10 plus hrs a day. -Be able to trim hedges, install pine straw, mulch, etc We pay Bi weekly (very competitive) Direct deposit. We also offer a 500.00 BONUS after 3 months with no missed days or lateness! This position will be 30-50+ hrs per week!
