Very friendly 9-10 month-old tuxedo cat needs home

This little guy walked into our office last week and refused to leave. I'd guess he's about 9-10 months old, is fixed and housebroken. As you can see from the photos, he's not skittish at all and is very affectionate. I have never in my life met a cat this friendly. I took him home and posted "found" ads on CL, PACC & HSAZ & put photos at rescues but since he hasn't once tried to leave I don't think his previous owners are around anymore ☹️ I don't have the room or time this sweetheart deserves. Small rehoming fee.
