I am a former teacher offering childcare for all ages in Northglenn. I was an elementary school teacher for eleven years, and also have many years of childcare experience prior to teaching. I've been doing in-home childcare for ten years now and I have lots of references from parents of happy, loved, safe kids. They would be happy to provide references. My current kiddos have all been with me happily since infancy, but two of our friends are graduating off to kindergarten in August, so we'd love to welcome some new friends. We have lots of fun playing and doing activities in a warm, safe, home environment, with a very small number of children and lots of individual attention. We love to play indoors and out and visit parks often. In the summer, we're very close to a park with a splash pad and we also have a bounce house and fun water activities. Of course, the last year has been challenging, but normally we take lots of trips to museums, parks, roller skating, libraries, and more. When we're not out and and about, we do arts and crafts, singing, playing, and enjoy the small, stress-free situation of being at "home." My schedule is flexible, depending on what families need. I'd love to talk with you about yours. I also offer a full, individualized, custom-designed age-appropriate preschool curriculum for all children. I have a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, with a focus on literacy development, and create my own developmentally appropriate, play-based, child-led curriculum. I am happy to communicate with parents throughout the day and often send pictures of our fun days. I currently have ONE opening. I do not provide school transportation or pickup, and I do not accept CCAP. We're right near I-25, so easy access for Northglenn, Thornton, Westminster, and Broomfield
