We are looking to hire a non-certified Material Construction Technician immediately. This is a full time position Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. Employee will be working outside the office with all weather climates. Prior experience in the Geotechnical/CMT field is a plus. If you do not have experience, it is ok you can still apply and we can offer on the job training. • Assist Engineering Lab in testing and collecting concrete samples for new road and bridge construction. • Inspect, test, and measure materials for conformance to specifications. • Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications. • Record inspection and test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, or moisture content, and quantities inspected or graded.-Mark items with details such as grade and acceptance-rejection status. • Other duties assigned by the Manager.
