Lead Maintenance Position for a multi family apartment community in Lubbock, TX. Must be HVAC certified. Must have a positive attitude and ability to lead. Previous apartment experience is preferred but not required. Duties include but are definitely not limited to: Maintaining the property. Completing all Work orders in a TIMELY manner. Maintaining a pool every day. Apartment make readies. Repairing Appliances. Plumbing work. Overseeing assistant maintenance. Being on Call for emergencies every other week.
