Roof repairs

Description

I have 2 rental homes w some missing shingles. I can rent a boom and do it myself or hire someone. Rather hire and get it done. One house had about a dozen shingles broke. Other home has a small area missing plus some shingles that are broke. Tried to get honest pictures. Must have own ladders. I'm only supplying shingles and roof nails unless otherwise noted. Must be experienced to some extent. 1 roof at 617 Lodge and other on 613 Nicholas. I'm a long term landlord but I don't do roofs anymore.
