Found 2 dogs running around windsor avenue in salem oregon. No collars and they both had chips but privacy reason, couldn't get the owners info. They are currently hanging out in my backyard. Very sweet dogs. Both males, one is neutered and the other one is still intact. Please message me if you think they are yours and can describe them.
