Manufacturing Team Lead – Min. 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment, prior team lead or supervisory experience a plus, knowledge of Mfg./Production scheduling, read/understand engineering drawings/blueprints to manufacture product line per specs; Able to read a work order and a BOM; able to drive or be trained on Forklift. II.) Welder II – Experience with MIG (vertical, horizontal, and overhead – both stationary and turntable), TIG (at least one plane – stationary), and Oxy-Acetylene cutting torch, forklift or willing to be trained to drive a forklift, welding cert required, minimum 3 years’ experience. III.) Electro-Mechanical Assembler - Must have good soldering skills – J-STD-001, experience in through hole and surface mount, small assembly tools, cable cutting, stripping, and circuit board assembly. IV.) Shop/Warehouse Associate (Temecula & Fallbrook) -Must be experienced in warehouse, customer service oriented with shipping/receiving a plus, have forklift experience, able to work inside and outside the warehouse and have a great work ethic!! V.) Sandblaster Coater - sharp and experienced sandblaster/coater and forklift operator to start ASAP - approx. 4-month assignment with possibility of longer or perm - weekly pay!! - Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply. VI.) Temp Janitor – experience with maintaining premise, rest and work areas of offices and industrial buildings, self-motivated and starter, sense of urgency and personable, ability to manage time/projects, and demonstrates flexibility. More Info: I.) Manufacturing Team Lead – Menifee/Hemet area Summary: The primary role of the Manufacturing Lead is the responsibility of coordinating daily production operations by prioritizing of operations, ensuring staff are trained to procedures prior to performing operations, communicating roadblocks to the Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager, and supporting departments, as well as troubleshooting and issuing resolution to ensure we deliver quality products on time to our customers. The Manufacturing Team Lead will also be required to identify and make recommendations for areas of improvements and assist with implementation when appropriate. M-F – 1st shift Pay: $20/hr. II.) Welder II – Menifee/Hemet area Summary: Performs surface preparation, brazing, metal cutting and welding using saws, presses, gas, and electric welding equipment to fabricate flow meters M-F 1st shift Pay: $18/hr. III.) Electro-Mechanical Assembler – Murrieta area Summary: Performs repetitive mechanical assembly of simple electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, mechanisms, and systems in accordance with production/engineering specifications, sketches, and/or verbal instructions; circuit board assembly, soldering J-STD-001 or equivalent, work under ring magnifier and microscope, cable cutting, stripping, and chassis buildup. M-F flex schedule, start with 24+ hours/wk. Pay: $18-23/hr. DOE IV.) SHOP HELP/WAREHOUSE Associate - Two Locations (Temecula & Fallbrook, CA) Summary: Write up work orders/repairs, load/unload trucks and customers when needed, stock shelves, lift to 50 lbs. throughout the day, operate forklift, customer service, check-in products/parts and report any discrepancies, maintain a clean warehouse/facility. M-F 7:30- 4:30 Sa 7:30-1:00 (flex to work some Saturdays) Pay: $16-17/hr. DOE + OT V.) Sandblaster Coater – Menifee/Hemet area Summary: Prepares metal surfaces to receive epoxy coating or paint. Applies coating/paint to a specified standard. Bakes to harden finish, or dries/cures parts to specifications. Operates sandblasting machines for removal of scale, flux, corrosion, and dirt from metal parts, operates powered industrial truck (forklift) to load and unload material, Uses hand tools, hoist/crane, power tools and pneumatic tools as a process of job junction. M-F 6am-2:30pm Pay: $16/hr. VI.) Temp Janitor (approx. 4 months) – Menifee/Hemet area Summary: Maintains buildings and grounds in clean, orderly condition. Reports to Maintenance Manager. Works under general supervision M-F 6AM-2:30PM Pay: $15.50/hr.
