Re-homing pretty long haired cat

I am looking to re-home my long haired domestic cat. She is really pretty and nice. She needs to be the only cat/animal in the house. Great cat for first time owner or for someone elderly. I am moving to phoenix for work and cannot take her with me. She is currently not spayed and never goes outside.
