Facilities Maintenance Technician’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: • Maintaining the appearance of our office • Emptying trash receptacles, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning the office including the kitchen and restrooms • Minor carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs Specific Requirements • Take pride in your work • Sense of urgency • Work with little to no supervision • Ability to make independent decisions • Physical stamina and dexterity • Experience with hand & electrical tools and painting • Communicate professionally and harmoniously with personnel, vendors & clients Accordingly, this job may require a minimum of 5 pounds and a maximum of 60 pounds lifting, periodically and or as needed.
