Description

I have a fish pond with shabunkin goldfish, comets, and a few rescue koi. And because happy fish make more fish, I've got a ton of babies in the pond. I also brought some of them inside to my incubator tank because they're so dang cute. I am NOT a breeder. Fish just do this on their own. If I don't rehome a bunch of them, they'll overcrowd the pond. They are FREE to a good home, but you'll need to tell me what sort of setup you have to keep the fish. Goldfish can live up to 30 years if you keep them healthy. A healthy goldfish with a good setup can grow to be a foot long. Koi can live longer than humans, with the oldest known koi being over 200 years old. They can grow up to three feet long, although two feet long is more common. (No, that's not a typo.) I tried to get some clear photos of the babies, but these are the best I can do. The comet goldfish still have their baby colors, and they'll get their vibrant adult colors over the next few months. The shabunkins will develop their calico color patterns and their mix of reflective and matte scales over several months, too. Some of them are already starting to get their colors. The koi are getting colorful already, too. The koi are not "fancy," but I can show you the parents in the pond so you can see what they'll probably look like. I'm located in KCK, just east of the Legends and Speedway.
