Fiberglass a balcony

I have a 10x10 balcony on the 2nd floor of an apartment that needs to be sealed and finished with fiberglass. The plywood is already put down and the fiberglass material is readily available on hand. Need someone with experience finish the fiberglass part. Do not contact me if you are someone who thinks they can do it. Need someone who knows it and experienced with fiberglass. Thanks
