I am in need of a day or two of labor/ landscaping help in my fairly large backyard today and tomorrow. Toe tasks are: a large amount of weeding/brush removal; weed blocking/mulching/edging to clean up old poorly mulched areas and to create new beds; planting bushes and flowers; digging holes (making a couple of firepit areas deeper); clearing and cleaning out areas of the yard where brush and trash have been thrown to prepare them for mulching; applying weed control to the lawn; tilling and seeding certain areas;, etc. I am looking for someone with a good hourly rate for a couple days of efficient work, but potentially also someone to come for 5-10 hours per week or so for the next couple of months since the yard is big. If you are able to repair some items if they get broken such as a chainsaw, brush cutter or lawn mower that would be a bonus. Another plus if you are able to do other things such as outdoor electric or other handyman/contractor type of jobs. Those are not necessities - the yardwork is the main thing. I need someone who can start right away today, and work all day today and tomorrow to get the job done. Please let me know: 1.) what your hourly work rate would be for this two day job. I am not interested in a quote for the whole job. Hourly only 2.) Whether you have a truck that can haul loads of brush/tree limbs/debris away and carry mulch from the store. 3) When can you be in Branford to do the job. Please do not reply if you Are not able to start before 12pm today and cannot commit a full day tomorrow as well. 5.) if you have an additional person to work with you. Two people are OK as there is a lot of work for the next two days, but for the longer term 5-10 hours per week just one. Thank you for your consideration.
